Lime

Eucalyptus

Sometimes referred to as Gum Trees, Eucalyptus trees are evergreens that grow up to 15 metres in height. The main chemical components of Eucalyptus are eucalyptol and alpha-terpineol, which make this oil ideal for a soothing massage experience. Eucalyptus promotes feelings of relaxation when applied to the skin.

Douglas Fir

Douglas Fir is a conifer that grows natively throughout North America. This tall, evergreen fir tree has a sweet and refreshing aroma with a light, lemony note! It is commonly used to purify the skin and promote a positive mood. Douglas Fir is sustainably sourced from young trees in New Zealand, where its overpopulation threatens the country’s ecosystem. By harvesting the young Douglas Fir trees and using them for essential oil, dōTERRA helps to combat the environmental impact of the trees overtaking the land.

Himalayan Fir

doTERRA Himalayan Fir essential oil is steamed-distilled and high in α-pinene, limonene and bornyl acetate. Often found in cosmetics and perfumes, oil from the Himalayan Fir’s needles and branches is used as a fragrance and skin conditioning ingredient in deodorants, air fresheners, disinfectants, bath preparations and soaps. Invigorating and refreshing, the oil captures the aroma of a forest in a bottle.

Bergamot Mint

Bergamot Mint essential oil comes from a flowering, perennial herb with violet flowers and heart-shaped leaves. Despite the name, Bergamot Mint is not related to the bergamot fruit in any way. Similar to Lavender, Bergamot Mint’s major constituents are linalool and linalyl acetate. Perfect for adding to Fractionated Coconut Oil for a comforting and soothing after-workout massage. Spearmint

Spearmint is a sweet, refreshing herb used as a flavouring around the world. It is widely used in gums, sweets, and dental products for its minty taste, and to promote fresh breath. Spearmint is very different from Peppermint and a milder option to use in food dishes. In cooking, Spearmint is frequently used in salads, drinks, and desserts, but it can also be used in homemade salad dressings and to marinate meats.

Magnolia Touch

With species scattered throughout South Asia, the Pacific, and North America, the magnolia flower is said to be a well-travelled botanical. Magnolia flowers have been used in Chinese traditional health practices to help create a sense of balance within the body.
