What's in the package?

Peppermint: Consistently one of doTERRA's most popular products, Peppermint is an oil that is always good to have on hand. Peppermint essential oil adds a refreshing, minty flavour to desserts, drinks, smoothies, and even savoury dishes. The high menthol content - also found in doTERRA's Peppermint oil - makes the highest quality Peppermint oils unique among other products available on the market. To promote oral hygiene, Peppermint essential oil is also frequently used in toothpastes and chewing gums.

Japanese Mint: Japanese Mint as a plant - Latin name Mentha canadensis - is a species of mint native to both North America and East Asia. It has many uses, and the leaves and stems of the perennial plant are steam-distilled to produce Japanese Mint essential oil. From sweet treats to savoury dishes, a drop of Japanese Mint's distinctiveness and flavour can enhance many recipes, providing refreshment with every bite.

Bergamot Mint: Bergamot Mint essential oil is extracted from a flowering, perennial plant with violet flowers and heart-shaped leaves. Despite its name, Bergamot Mint is not related to the fruit also known as bergamot. Similar to lavender, Bergamot Mint's main components are linalool and linalyl acetate. Blended with Fractionated Coconut Oil, it is ideal for a calming and soothing post-workout massage. Bergamot Mint's lavender-like and minty aroma can be a wonderful addition to a warm, relaxing bath.

Spearmint: Spearmint is a sweet, refreshing herb and spice that is popular worldwide as a flavouring. Its fresh breath-providing, mentholated flavour makes it widely used in chewing gums, sweets, and dental care products. Spearmint essential oil differs greatly from peppermint: among other things, it offers a milder alternative for flavouring food. In the kitchen, spearmint can be a wonderful addition to salads, drinks, and desserts, and can also be excellently used for homemade salad dressings and marinating meats.

Medium chain triglycerides (coconut oil), essential oil from aerial parts of peppermint (Mentha piperita), essential oil from aerial parts of Japanese mint (Mentha arvensis), essential oil from aerial parts of bergamot mint (Mentha citrata), gelling agent (agar-agar, guar gum, sodium alginate, glycerol), flavouring: essential oil from aerial parts of spearmint (Mentha spicata), sweetener (xylitol).

Instructions for use
