Cinnamon: The sweet, spicy aroma of Cinnamon is loved around the world. It is extracted from a tropical evergreen tree that can grow up to 14 metres high, with high essential oil content in its bark, leaves, and flowers. While Cinnamon has a long history of culinary uses, the essential oil extracted from it is surprisingly versatile. Cinnamon is often used to flavour mouthwashes and chewing gums.
Clove: The beneficial properties and uses of Clove trace back to ancient Chinese and Indian cultures. As a spice, it gives any dish or dessert a distinctive spicy flavour. Clove is also widely used in dental preparations, sweets, and chewing gums for its taste.
