Red Cedar: Known for its rich tones and warm, woody scent, Red Cedar essential oil offers a long list of benefits for the skin. Red Cedar is one of the most powerful balancing oils, which can create a calming atmosphere at the end of a long day. This cold climate tree typically prefers high mountain sides and can grow up to 30 meters tall. Applied topically, Red Cedar essential oil has a purifying effect. It is also frequently used for massage therapy for mental and physical relaxation and soothing.

Sandalwood: Indian Sandalwood is a very popular incense ingredient, widely used around the world for meditation practices to enhance a state of mindfulness. Like Hawaiian Sandalwood, White Sandalwood essential oil contributes to overall well-being and has a beneficial effect on mood. Combine Sandalwood with other essential oils such as Lavender or Wild Orange, then massage into the skin for a calming, relaxing effect.

Nootka: Nootka essential oil is distilled from the majestic Nootka cypress tree, a close relative of the giant thuja, found on the northwest coast of North America. Nootka is known as one of the world's most robust cypress varieties and is often referred to as Nootka false cypress or Alaskan cedar. As part of an environmental initiative, doTERRA uses wood waste left behind by the forestry industry to distill Nootka essential oil. The waste used in this way would otherwise be wasted.

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with approximately 10 ml of carrier oil. For bathing, mix 5 drops with approximately 5 ml of carrier oil. For perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil. For external use only.
