Vetiver: Vetiver belongs to the grass family and is cultivated for many purposes. Unlike many other grasses, its root system grows downward, making it ideal for preventing erosion and supporting soil stabilization. Vetiver has a rich, exotic and highly complex aroma, so it is widely used in perfumes. Thanks to its calming and balancing effects, Vetiver essential oil is also excellent for massage therapy. Used before bedtime, it creates a calming atmosphere.
Peppermint: Consistently one of doTERRA’s most popular products, Peppermint is an oil that is always useful to have on hand. Peppermint essential oil adds a refreshing, minty flavor to desserts, drinks, smoothies, and even savory dishes. Its high menthol content—also characteristic of doTERRA Peppermint oil—is what distinguishes the finest peppermint oils from many others on the market. Peppermint essential oil is also commonly used in toothpastes and chewing gums to support oral hygiene.
Rosemary: Rosemary is an aromatic evergreen shrub whose leaves are commonly used to flavour foods such as stuffing, pork, roast lamb, chicken and turkey. Highly valued in ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Hebrew cultures, rosemary was regarded as a sacred plant. Its herbaceous, energising aroma has also made Rosemary essential oil popular for aromatic use and massage.
