How Long Will Your Order Take to Arrive? – Actual Delivery Data for July 2026
Share
At our online store, we believe it is important that customers receive a realistic indication of when their order is likely to be prepared, dispatched and delivered from the moment they place it. For this reason, we regularly analyze our order-processing and delivery data.
The results below are based on the actual data from orders processed in July 2026.

Products in stock: prepared within an average of 1.9 business hours
In July 2026, products available directly from our own warehouse stock were picked, packed and prepared for collection by the courier within an average of just 1.9 business hours.
Based on our experience, GLS orders received by approximately midday on business days can usually be handed over to the courier on the same day.
The MPL courier generally arrives earlier, so for orders shipped with MPL, we recommend placing the order by approximately 10:00 a.m. for the best chance of same-day handover.
Same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed in every case, but this is our standard operating process for products available from our own warehouse stock. Orders placed outside business hours, at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.
Products sourced from external stock: an average of 35.05 business hours
In some cases, a product or the full quantity ordered may not be available in our own warehouse. When this happens, we source the missing products from supplier stock.
For these orders, an average of 35.05 business hours elapsed in July 2026 between receipt of the order and preparation of the parcel for courier collection.
This time may include:
- confirmation of availability from the supplier,
- delivery of the products to our warehouse,
- inspection of the received goods,
- picking and packing the order.
For this reason, our product pages clearly indicate whether a product is available directly from our own warehouse or whether supplier replenishment is required before dispatch.
How long does GLS delivery to Germany take, for example?
Order-processing time and the courier’s delivery time are two separate periods.
Once we have handed the parcel over to GLS, the delivery time depends on several factors, including the destination country, the delivery address, weekends and public holidays.
For one order delivered to northern Germany in July 2026, the parcel travelled as follows:
- 27 July, 15:27: parcel handed over to GLS in Budapest,
- 27 July, 23:58: arrival at the Alsónémedi parcel centre,
- 28 July, 20:29: arrival at the Neuenstein parcel centre in Germany,
- morning of 29 July: arrival at the Geestland parcel centre near the destination,
- 29 July, 15:55: successful delivery.
The parcel therefore travelled from Hungary to an address in Germany located north of Hamburg and Bremen in approximately two days from the time it was handed over to GLS.

What can you expect when placing an order?
When all ordered products are available in our own warehouse, the parcel is generally prepared quickly and, in many cases, on the same business day on which the order is placed.
If one or more products need to be sourced from supplier stock, processing will take longer. We aim to communicate this clearly on the product page and in the information provided in connection with your order.
Please note that the time periods shown are average values from July 2026 and do not represent guaranteed processing or delivery times. Some orders may be completed and delivered more quickly, while others may take longer due to factors such as public holidays, peak periods or unexpected supplier delays.
We continuously measure and improve our performance
Our goal is to deliver every order to our customers as quickly as possible, carefully packed and with continuous tracking available throughout the delivery process.
For this reason, we regularly measure and analyse our own performance. The results help us identify where we can become faster, how we can further improve order processing, and which products should be held in greater quantities in our own warehouse.
We aim to improve our processing times month by month, increase the proportion of products available directly from stock, and provide an increasingly fast and reliable shopping experience.
